East Main 2025 Maintenance/Custodial Position Opening:

East Main Presbyterian Church is seeking qualified applicants for a new maintenance/custodial position. The job will be full time and require a combination of skills. A successful candidate will be able to perform standard custodial duties at a multi-level structure as well as light maintenance.

Being self directed and an independent worker are a requirement as well as being comfortable interacting with a multi-generational congregation. 

Custodial duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, cleaning offices, restrooms, and classrooms. Helping set up for and cleaning up after events will be required. 

Maintenance duties include drywall work and painting, light electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and lawncare. Preventative maintenance and the ability to help plan, supervise and budget for ongoing repairs will be required. 

No benefits are available. Salary will be based on experience.
