Ladies, come out to learn self-defense and situational awareness strategies from Susie Delo, certified self-defense instructor and founder of You Matter Foundation, on Friday, March 28 from 6- 8 pm at East Main Church. This event is open to women ages 14 and over. Women of all physical ability levels are welcome. While the event will include practice punching, kicking, getting up off of the ground, Susie will modify strategies as needed for participants. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Cost is $32 per person and should be paid with online registration. Please download, fill out and bring your completed waiver form with you to the event. Safety items will be available for sale at the event and can be purchased using cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.
